Questions people ask

How does my parent use it?
They (or you) pick any pro, choose a time, and type the gift code in the "Promo or gift code" box when booking. The credit comes off the total, and whatever is left stays on the card for next time.
Does it expire?
No. The balance never expires. We are confirming the exact New Jersey gift card wording with our lawyer before we take real payments.
Can it be used with any pro?
Yes. Any activity, any pro, any town we serve. Your parent can try a few or stick with a favorite.
What does a package cover?
A package is simply a larger balance. A month of Tuesdays covers about four weekly visits with most pros, and the bigger packages go much further.
Can I book the visits for them?
Yes. Many families book the first visit themselves so it is on the calendar, then let Mom or Dad take it from there.
